700 people gathered at the Eglise Saint Paul
The GOSPEL KIDS’ CHRISTMAS CONCERT for the IRCAD (Research Institute Against Digestive Cancer) took place on Friday, December 9, 2011, and gathered an audience of 700 people at the Eglise réformée Saint Paul, in the presence of Professor Jacques Marescaux, President of IRCAD, and of Francine Bord, President of IRCAD Friends.
In a warm and friendly atmosphere, the 63 Gospel Kids sang and danced for over an hour under the supervision of Alfonso Nsangu, choir director, taking turns in singing gospel songs, Christmas songs, and musical compositions. The concert ended with a standing ovation, as the audience cheered with enthusiasm.
The concert generated a profit of 4200 Euros.
Thanks to the City of Strasbourg’s support, the profit generated by the concert will entirely be given to the IRCAD to support cancer research.

We would like to draw your attention that the « Vaccine Pass » is now mandatory in France since end of January 2022 and replaces the former « Health Pass » to access places that are open to the public, such as cinemas, museums, cafés and restaurants, hotels as well as the IRCAD Institute which welcomes participants in the framework of its courses and seminars. Thus, a PCR test without vaccination is no longer sufficient to take part in our courses.
