On Friday, March 16, we had the pleasure of welcoming 60 representatives from the CHEDE (Cycle des Hautes Etudes pour le Développement Economique) who came together to share their knowledge and views at IRCAD.
The objective of this meeting was to allow them to explore the economic development levers of the Grand Est Region, and to see how Alsatian companies have adapted following the health crisis in order to maintain a dynamic and very low unemployment rate (less than 5%).
The representatives of the CHEDE, major actors of the economic and social world, attended a presentation of the activities of the Institute made by Professor Jacques Marescaux, as well as a virtual visit of the laparoscopic platform and the Medtronic robotics platform by Doctor Michel Vix.

We would like to draw your attention that the « Vaccine Pass » is now mandatory in France since end of January 2022 and replaces the former « Health Pass » to access places that are open to the public, such as cinemas, museums, cafés and restaurants, hotels as well as the IRCAD Institute which welcomes participants in the framework of its courses and seminars. Thus, a PCR test without vaccination is no longer sufficient to take part in our courses.
