We were honored to host Dr. Yulun Wang, CEO of Sovato and Founding President of the World Telehealth Initiative. His California-based company specializes in remote surgery, achieving an impressive latency time of less than 50 milliseconds!
Accompanied by Dr. Dennis Fowler, Dr. Wang visited IRCAD to explore our various robotic platforms. Their visit was part of the preparations for the upcoming SRS 2025, which will take place in Strasbourg from July 16 to July 20, hosted at both our Institute and the Palais des Congrès.

We would like to draw your attention that the « Vaccine Pass » is now mandatory in France since end of January 2022 and replaces the former « Health Pass » to access places that are open to the public, such as cinemas, museums, cafés and restaurants, hotels as well as the IRCAD Institute which welcomes participants in the framework of its courses and seminars. Thus, a PCR test without vaccination is no longer sufficient to take part in our courses.
