Professor Jacques Marescaux represented IRCAD at the opening ceremony of the Genolier Innovation Hub. What a beautiful ceremony for such a large-scale project! The center’s exceptional infrastructures are truly impressive, with a splendid auditorium featuring a 360° screen, offering total immersion.
This ambitious project is the idea of Antoine Hubert, head of the Swiss Medical Network, one of Switzerland’s leading private hospital groups, renowned for its commitment to innovation and medical excellence.
Professor Marescaux, on behalf of IRCAD, had the honor of cutting the inaugural ribbon, in the presence of Anna Grabner (CEO) and Guy Parmelin (Head of the Swiss Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research).
This action symbolizes the solid collaboration between the two entities.
This collaboration is based on a shared vision of technological innovation and training in the healthcare sector.

We would like to draw your attention that the « Vaccine Pass » is now mandatory in France since end of January 2022 and replaces the former « Health Pass » to access places that are open to the public, such as cinemas, museums, cafés and restaurants, hotels as well as the IRCAD Institute which welcomes participants in the framework of its courses and seminars. Thus, a PCR test without vaccination is no longer sufficient to take part in our courses.
